STORY

SHORT HISTORY OF MY

MY ROAD FROM EUROPE

For many years, I lived in Europe, surrounded by narratives and assumptions about the Arab world.
Rather than relying on second-hand stories, I chose to experience it directly.

That decision led me to Oman — a country where I encountered a way of life shaped by community, tradition, and deeply rooted values. Through daily life and long-term immersion, I gained insight into how culture, belief, and social relations are woven together.

Here, I share my journey, reflections, and observations of Islam and Arab society as lived realities, seen through everyday experience.

ROADS FULL OF SIGHTS

My journey began in Poland. Place of forests, quiet towns, and European rhythm. Where I studied philosophy — a field that opened my mind to different cultures, religions, and ways of thinking.
It was during this time that I first came across the Arabic language.
Even though I found it incredibly difficult, it made a deep impression on me.
Something about its sounds, its structure, and the culture behind it stayed in my mind, even years later.

GREAT BRITAN

Life later took me to the United Kingdom, where I spent more than thirteen years living and working.
That period became an important turning point, shaping my interests and perspective.

While living in the UK, I began studying Arabic seriously for the first time — not as a casual interest, but as a committed effort to understand language, culture, and people more deeply.

I was surrounded by members of Bangladeshi, Pakistani, and African Muslim communities, whose everyday lives reflected sincerity, generosity, and quiet confidence in their values. Through daily interactions, conversations, and shared experiences, I encountered Islam as a lived social reality rather than an abstract idea.

Looking back, my years in Poland and the United Kingdom were not simply stages of my life. They formed the foundation for a longer journey — one that gradually led me toward deeper engagement with the Arab world and its cultures.

OMAN

Then came Oman — the country that felt like the destination my road was leading to all along.

Here I found a life unlike anywhere I had lived before: peaceful, safe, respectful, and deeply rooted in kindness.

CONNECTION

WITH

THE NATURE

I’ve always enjoyed spending time in nature — camping, hiking, and exploring quiet places.
The desert especially interests me: its open space, calm environment, and animals adapted to tough conditions. Camels, in particular, have always impressed me with their strength and endurance.

FEEL THE CULTURE OF ARABIAN PENISULA

The Arabian Peninsula is shaped by long-standing traditions, strong community values, and a deep sense of hospitality rooted in everyday life. Culture, belief, and social customs are closely connected, influencing how people live, communicate, and relate to one another.

If you are interested in understanding Arabic culture, regional traditions, or the role of Islam in daily life, this platform offers context based on lived experience rather than stereotypes.

My aim is to support a clearer, more authentic understanding of the region — grounded in observation, dialogue, and respect.
